Allisson has over 20 years’ experience in residential and property finance, settling more than $800 million new lending and investment opportunities across residential, investment and commercial sectors. She excels in her efficiency, deep knowledge, and client-first mentality. Nick Wilcox
DIRECTOR & FINANCE BROKER
Nick has over 14 years’ experience in banking and financial services. Over this period, he has settled over $750 million in lending opportunities across commercial, business, residential, construction, SMSF and asset finance. In his previous role in banking, Nick was the number one performing banker over the last five years due to his passion for customer service and delivery excellence. He is passionate about property and helping his clients build wealth strategically, while protecting their interests through sound borrowing advice. Blake has 10 years’ experience working in financial services in the major bank space and as an award-winning finance broker. During this time, he has provided lending solutions for commercial, business, development, residential investment, SMSF and asset finance. Throughout his career, Blake has been driven by his desire to problem solve and attain the best outcome for his clients through exceptional customer service. Andre Bezuidenhout
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – CONSTRUCTION & COMMERCIAL FINANCE
Andre has prior experience as a commercial analyst within a range of industries, including the telecommunications, technology and finance sectors. He has played a key role in providing insight to management teams on the performance and profitability of several large projects and advised on appropriate investment decisions. His passion for property, mixed with his analytical mindset and personable nature, makes him a valuable member of the Blue Crane Capital team. Andre completed his Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Economics and Finance from the University of Sydney in 2019. Since then, Andre has decided to continue his studies and pursue a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Heinrich Brendel
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - ANALYST
Heinrich, a dedicated athlete and driven professional, journeyed to Australia in pursuit of his passion for rugby in 2020. Equipped with a Degree in Financial Management, he seamlessly integrated into the finance realm, joining Blue Crane Capital in April 2022. Initially focusing on settlements, Heinrich's aptitude for analysis and commitment to excellence led him to transition into an analyst role. He not only provides invaluable support to brokers but also exhibits a keen interest in internal reporting and operational strategies. Continuously striving for growth, Heinrich is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Accounting, further enhancing his expertise and contributions to the team.
