Chris Hall is the Managing Director & Founder of Blue Crane Capital.

Chris has over ten years of experience working in business & commercial divisions of major financial institutions.

Over this time, Chris has been involved in facilitating acquisition lending for a number of business and asset classes, ranging from:

+ Commercial property (inc retail, industrial & office)

+ Developments (construction & land sub-divisions)

+ Residential property

+ Specialised Assets (inc childcare, pubs and clubs)

This tenure has seen Chris exposed to a wide range of segments, industries and transactions which has helped develop a deep understanding of the property investment and the credit requirements of the lender market.

Chris has strong relationships across the major banks, as well as alternate lenders (2nd tier lenders, non-conforming and private equity). His insights provide businesses and individuals to make informed decisions regarding their financing and wealth.

Chris has completed his Bachelor Management and Bachelor Business (Fin Planning) at University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) and is currently undertaking his Masters of Real Estate Investment, also at U.T.S.

He can be found on Saturday’s down at North Sydney Oval supporting Northern Suburbs Rugby Club or spending time with family and friends.
